- Lead projects from start to finish — planning, budgeting, resourcing, and stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee IT and business process enhancements, ensuring efficiency and tangible results.
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders, from project teams to executive sponsors.
- Manage risks, resolve issues, and speak up when priorities or scope need to be challenged.
- Report progress and outcomes through clear dashboards and executive presentations.
This is a hands-on role where structure, agility, and assertiveness meet collaboration and teamwork.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in project management or coordination, ideally with exposure to IT or system enhancement projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to challenge constructively and maintain focus on project objectives.
- Experience working within structured PM methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile, etc.).
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
- Valid Luxembourg work permit (mandatory).
